Theodore C. Miloch, II

Mr. Miloch heads up the Wallen Kelly, Martin County office.   With over 28 years of experience, he has counseled and represented individuals and companies in resolving all types of commercial disputes, including business torts, breach of contract, enforcement of non-compete, non-solicitation and confidentiality agreements, and trucking industry matters. Mr. Miloch also handles insurance defense and family law matters.

Mr. Miloch, has been AV Preeminent Rated by Martindale-Hubbell since 2004, is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, and has tried cases in state and federal courts.   Mr. Miloch has also been recognized by Florida Trend magazine’s Legal Elite as one of the State’s Legal Leaders in the area of commercial litigation.

Born and raised in Michigan, Mr. Miloch graduated from the University of Michigan and attended law school at the University of Detroit-Mercy.  Beyond the practice of law, Mr. Miloch is active with voluntary bar associations as well as youth sports.  He is a member of the Florida Bar and is also a past president of the Dade County Defense Bar Association.
