Elibet Caballero is an experienced litigator, who has tried more than 20 jury trials to verdict. She has handled criminal and civil matters, bringing nearly ten years of experience as a trial attorney to her representation of the firm’s clients.
Ms. Caballero began her Career as an Assistant Public Defender, where she handled hundreds of cases, ranging from misdemeanors to the most serious first degree and life felonies. In the private sector, she has handled an array of general liability cases, including personal injury and property damage cases. Currently, her practice focuses on commercial litigation and insurance coverage litigation, where her years of experience and trial skills provide valuable advice and guidance to the firm’s clients at all stages of litigation.
Ms. Caballero graduated from Emory University School of Law, where she served as the Director of Special Teams for Emory’s Moot Court Society and earned top brief and top oralist honors in the Super Regional Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago, with a double concentration in Political Science and English Literature.
